Auditions for Show’s performing Early 2010

Gemco has two exciting productions coming up with Auditions soon  this month. A Fun family Pantomime to be performed at the Emerald Lake Park in February….

The classic tale ….

Wind in the Willows…an Aussie Pantomime

Directed by   Member David Greenaway & Judy Nelson

Music: Marg Gemmell

A great opportunity for all age groups and experience levels. Come and take part in one of our traditions… family entertainment at the Lake!

Characters include:

Mole
Bargewoman
Rat
Policeman
Weasel (3 characters)
Gertrude
Badger

Most characters have no particular gender and no age defined.

Performance dates will be during late January and early February 2010

Auditions Sun Nov 15th. A read through of the script will be from 2pm and auditions following from 3pm. Bouncers & Shakers

2 separate plays to be performed on the same night at the Gem Community Arts Centre, Emerald in April 2010
cast required:
4 males aged 20-45
4 females aged 20-45
Each performer plays a range of characters, strong acting skills required. Bouncers features 4 bouncers at a club and then we get to meet 4 cocktail waitresses after interval.
Audition dates: Sun 29th Mon 30th Nov
Play reading Sun 29th 1-3. If you are interested in just having a read of the script, feel free to come along and read- there is no pressure to audition. Auditions will be in groups of 4.

PERFORMERS also required for

MURDER ON THE PUFFING BILLY EXPRESS

There are 12  planned for the 2010 season. The first in February. Singing and dancing also involved. Great character parts for people 18+

This  show is a melodrama murder mystery with lots of improvisation There are great parts available.More details to announced soon. Phone Pam 0411343618
