Gempro is committed to ongoing training and skill development in short and long form improvisation. With lots of performances across the year, there are many opportunities for improvisers to test their skills.

Our “Friday Free Fall” show is generally on the last Friday of every second month. We also plan on performing the occasional ‘adults only’ show “Script Naked” in a late night time slot. Stay tuned for more information!

The Long & The Short of It

ls_poster_72dpiMany of us have seen improvisation games that may last around five minutes, at the most, but have you ever seen a twenty minute long improvised play? Sound impossible?

At the end of May, Gempro will present a weekend of ‘long form’ and ’short form’ improvisation.

Formally known as ‘WotsDaNayMovit?’, your story titles will inspire the stories that get formed before your eyes.

When: Friday 29th of May & Saturday 30th of May, 2009.

Where: Gemco Hall, 19 Kilvington Drive, Emerald 127 E5

Time: 8pm start

Cost: $12 A, $10 C
